How do I measure my wrist size?
Wrap a measuring tape around the tightest part of your wrist and take note of the measurement. You may add 1-2cm to the measurement for comfort in wear. Do take note that there will be a 3-4cm extension chain in all chain bracelets for your adjustment, so you may also disregard the addition.
Can I send my elastic bracelet back to resize if it doesn't fit?
Yes! You may send it back to us for a free resizing within the first 14 days after receiving your order. You will only have to bear a flat rate of $3.20 for it to be sent back to you. If request for resizing is made after 14 days after receiving of order, a flat rate of $8 will be required on top of the $3.20. Please contact us via Instagram @aazaleaco if you would like to have your bracelet resized.
I see $0.01 items on your website, why is that so?
Majority of our jewelries are customized-based and due to the limitation of variants provided by the website, we are unable to showcase the unlimited combinations available for your customization. Customization request is available on our Instagram, head over there for a personalized service just for you! ♥
What are the hardware used in your jewelries and how do I take care if them?
We use 18K Gold Plated and S925 Silver hardware in all our jewelries. Our 18K Gold Plated hardware are waterproof but please avoid contact with soaps, perfumes, body lotions, cosmetics or any other chemicals to prolong the lifespan of your jewelry. As Silver Jewelries are prone to tarnish when exposed to air and substances produced by our body, do ensure that your Silver Jewelry is dried thoroughly before storing it in an airtight bag as this will reduce interaction with air, slowing down the rate of tarnish. Do also remove your jewelry when swimming, doing household chores, or when participating in any strenuous activities.
